Our FRESH Kashmiri Mirch chillies are grown on our chilli farm in the East of England. The pods are picked at the peak of their freshness to order and always sell out very quickly. Kashmiri Mirch are the goto chilli for many authentic Indian chefs. These chillies offer a unique mild flavour and red colour that is greatly sought after.
Kashmiri chillies are also perfect for adding to oil providing that awesome flavour and gentle heat base for your curries and spice dishes.
Kashmiri Mirch are used to provide a beautiful natural red colour as well as mild heat and beautiful flavour. They can be dried very easily when they have a deep red shrivelled look. They tend to be less pungent and lend a lovely red colour to food. Roasted Kashmiri has a lovely aroma and will colour anything that can absorb colour the traditional red associated with Indian cuisine.
This Kashmiri Mirch is used in either fresh, dried, flaked or in powder form. It provides flavour and colour to curries, vegetables, sauces, soups etc. It also works very well in marinades along with onions and tomatoes.
It has a high content of Vitamin A and C which boost immunity.

Fresh Kashmiri Mirch Chillies should be stored in a cool dark place or refrigerated. They also are suitable for freezing and can be used straight from the freezer.
